Includes body composition, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and muscular endurance testing. Program is customized for the individual. Approximately 90 minutes
Progress Check-up
For people who like to work independently, but still want to measure their progress. Consult with a trainer to measure the following: body composition, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Approximately 30 Minutes
