set up a program to help your reach your goals.
Includes body composition, cardiovascular fitness,
flexibility, and muscular endurance testing.
Program is customized for the individual.

Progress Check-up

For people who like to work independently,
but still want to measure their progress.
Consult with a trainer to measure the following:
body composition, cardiovascular fitness,
flexibility, and muscular endurance.
